Service design intern

This fictional service design intern role illustrates how an operator can present a clear opportunity. It is a demonstration, not a real vacancy.

The work

Turn research into clear journeys, prototype solutions, and test understandable, accessible experiences. Work closely with the people who build and use the service.

What you would bring

Relevant practical experience, thoughtful communication, and a habit of sharing work early. We value clear decisions, kindness and a willingness to learn. Equivalent experience is welcome; this sample does not require a degree.

Working together

The employment arrangement is internship. The workplace is hybrid; see the location and application details below for eligible countries and the closing time. A real listing should explain working hours, compensation and the hiring process before publication.
